MTN hidden monthly PROMO fee when signing contract

I took an MTN 50min, 100MB, 100SMS Use-Your-Own contract at the MTN Pavilion Store. The agreed TOTAL cost was R79/month. I was assisted by Delene. <br> <br> MTN have been billing me R109/month. I raised an enquiry and the feedback is very upsetting. I am told that the R79/month did not include the PROMO fee of R30/month. My wife was with me at the time and is witness to me clarifying with Delene the total cost payable. This was confirmed by Delene ie. TOTAL COST = R79/month.<br> <br> MTN have been very ********* and I now have the pain of pursuing this \breach of contract\". <br> <br> I have been a long-standing customer of MTN with multiple contracts and now feel an urgent need to find another service provider."
