MTN - Herm**** coverage is pathetic

MTN your coverage in Voelklip Herm**** is pathetic. I was told by your coverage team that the tower is down..... that was 2 weeks ago and still no joy. We will be moving to Vodacom whose coverage is much better in Voelklip
