Mtn helped people do ***** with my private information

If I could I would give it no stars, a few months ago ***** was done with my details and someone from Mtn helped them, we report it and still nothing was done, I called yesterday and the consultant was very rude to me and told me that it’s not Mtn’s fault, when I asked to speak to the supervisor the consultant told me that the supervisor said they don’t want to talk to me. I have been with Mtn for more than a decade and I am really angry because it also shows that my private information is easily accessible I am not happy at all
