MTN help line 135 to NOWHERE!!1

Yet after weeks of phoning, logging calls which just get resolved without any action, sending emails containing proof of payments, visiting branches, sending follow up emails , MTN eventually rep**** to my email today,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just to advise me that my account is arrears?? How pathetic,, Customer care at MTN DOES NOT EXIST. I will move all my business to a competent service provider. Thank you for NOTHING, MTN
