Mtn hell

Mtn now calls and tells me that my account is in arrears like how would i pay for something i dont even have even the 1st instalment has not gone through their contract that has no network in my area why is it difficult to just cancel it cause you even gave me a 2nd hand router to begin with what an insult this is if you want me to continue with it give me a device or something am not paying for a router thats in your store at Phumlani mall which they told me to call network services to come and fix my network its unheard of where else they work for a service provider themselves
