MTN Hell

I have been sitting in MTN Mall of Africa since 14:25 this afternoon.

I opted for an early upgrade for a Samsung Tab S8 Ultra.The people working here are completely ***********.I got my approval hours ago but it has been taking more than 4 hours for a IBT to take place within the MTN.The other store is not in the same mall how can it take 4 hours to transfer a device from one branch to another walking distance from each other.I am furious with the level of service received.

And to make matters worse I have been sitting in this MTN for hours and there is no air-conditioning.
