MTN HELL

I am still having endless problems with MTN i got my line reconnected on the 01/03/2019 however my package benefits have not been uploaded for February I had sent an email on the 01/03/2019 at 16:09 to the complaints analyst. I did not get a response I than sent an inbox to MTN on the 02/03/2019 at 08:04 no response, and another email to MTN on the 03/03/2019 at 14:44 they responded on the 03/03/2019 at 15:16 to state my line was reactivated on the 01/03/2019 and they will send me a breakdown statement and requested my details for security purposes which I sent to them on the 04/03:2019 at 09:47, and advised them that I need to know when my benefit package would be allocated as per the email I had received on the 22/02/2019 04:52 it clearly states “Once the line is reactivated, you will receive the package benefits.” After this I did not get any response I than sent them another inbox on the 07/03/2019 at 06:20 nothing from them until I got an email at 11:02 telling me that “Kindly note that your account was provisioned on 2019-02-12.” Which for me is puzzling because my line was deactivated at that time I than responded to ask for them to explain as my line was deactivated. After that I called the call center spoke to an agent who was not helpful at all who put me on hold for over 20 minutes until I had to drop the call. So I find no joy what so ever when dealing with this service provider and I would like a breakdown of the cost I would have to incur if I want to terminate my contract with you because I have had enough. The agent i spoke too today stated that my benefit package was provisioned because i signed a contract even if the account is suspended or deactivated they still upload the benefits my question to you is how is that possible.
