MTN HEISTS ON CUSTOMERS.
They have to have that star but this sentence removes that too.
Now, up to the matter at hand, I signed a contract with MTN. Their invoices state the contract will run from 28-02-2020 to 27-02-2022. To a normal human being, on 28th February 2022, I will be under no obligations under that contract,
However, MTN claimed their debit order in March and has politely informed me that they will do the same for April. How this is legal leaves me in shock and awe.
All this is after I had been to the store to cancel the contract officially on 2nd March 2022 and got a cancellation reference number. Again this scenario you would think the end of March is the conclusion. You would be wrong. This is because cause you serve a notice period of a month for a contract that has already ended.
And please note we are only talking an extra R300 per month for 2 extra months, but remember the comedian with the joke about 10 cents change in an Engen Convenience store across the country. That example has 10 cents across 100s of stores and 1000s of customers.
Just think how many customers MTN is doing this too. MTN is a *****
