MTN heartace

I wanted fibre for my home Wylon sent me a WIFI ROUTER after I explained I have a fibre router. Twice I emailed them cancelling the contract because they sent the wrong router. I returned the router. They debited my account with R300 and I am being ignored and they don't refund my money
