Mtn headoffice and legal department and MBD Lawyers

I have been phoning MTN and their Lawyers for 2 weeks, 7 to 8 times a day for assistance to take MTN off my name by them and by ITC everytime they say i must sent email or they log the query and till date nothing is done i am sick and tired for begging and fighting.... i dont know what to do anymore they just dont do their job they were quick enough to phone when i owed them money quick to harras me everyday but know that i paid they dont care to assist me and its been 2 month that i paid this account in full i even have a settlement letter but still no assistance from any party
