MTN head office not doing their work, SIM not activated.

MTN head office not doing their work. Did a SIM swap on Saturday 27th at 9h00 at Jacaranda MTN and my sim is still not activated. I went to MTN Kolonade on the Sunday 28th and according to the branch head office is working until 14h00 on Saturdays. Yesterday morning the 29th Jacaranda escalated the query again to head office and no feedback, yet. just how long does it take ti activate a sim?
