MTN Head Office complaint
I have had an excellent relationship with MTN over the 20 years of service. This is one of those unfortunate events that can turn nasty in no time, I am however still a loyal supporter. In March I was due for an upgrade, and went to the branch in Montague Drive, Montague Gardens. The lady that helped me was nothing but courteous and efficient. I upgraded to a package that came with two Huawei P Smarts, and a free prepaid sim that would be loaded with R55 per month for the term of the contract, ie two years. Unfortunately today is my third cut-off, and I have the activated sim, but no recharge of R55. It sounds like complaining about smallchange, but the fact that it is in some way still being paid as part of my monthly bill, I have been patient for long enough. The lady at the MTN store said that it was a problem head office has to load and her hand were tied. I do believe her, and wish that MTN will now finally get their house in order.
