MTN head office authorisation

Went into branch on 24th Nov for new contract and phone . Branch was notified that had Head office had to approve. Eventually branch was told that there was a system error and all contracts required Head office approval . Then was asked to get a SAFPS letter. Back this am with letter and guess what , still waiting for Head office approval .
