MTN have turned into a corporate, insensitive disgrace

Less than one star… What a disaster of a company, one that I have been a customer of for most of my adult life…. Staff at both Retail Park and Hemingway’s branches rude, obnoxious and useless at best…

Over a month to transfer contract from my company to my personal name…. Two hours in a queue for an upgrade only to be told phones not in stock, come back next week…. I come back next week (11/01/22) to be told I should come back “in a few months” as they only dealing with orders from November now… ***, really?
