MTN have no Technical Department to solve technical issues

START ISP: MTN SA Rate your ISP: Ping * 328 ms Download * 0.64 Mbps Upload * 0.03 Mbps This is the current download situation! Can't do anything, but we have to pay!!! We have a 20mbps Uncapped Home LTE , and this is what we get. We have a MTN tower +-50m from us, now what? Ever since we got our internet, we are struggling. MTN - Shame on you!!! And no after hours technical support, seriously.... This was on +-10/11/02/2022. Today still the same, no improvement, struggling to get hold off a technician that actually knows what they are doing or even cares about what they are doing. To get hold of the technical department is the most difficult thing in MTN. There is a problem with the tower/s here in Malelane, 1320. Please fix the tower/s, and stop making your problems our (the customer's) problem. There is a general signal reception problem here in this area. Just because we are not close to the big cities doesn't mean that we are backwards. Time that ISP's start looking after people in the rural areas. Upgrade your towers, etcetera, make sure that when you claim you are the best mobile ISP that you actually are!!! See screenshots of the speed test done a few minutes earlier, today 19/02/2022, one before I wrote this message and one afterwards. MTN, get your ducks in a row!! We have been customers for a long time, don't make us leave. And the best part is, we have a brand new Home Uncapped contract, but no satisfaction with speed or service. And the contract is because of your *********** personnel that don't know what you are advertising. I will be reporting this on Hello Peter as well, and every platform where I can. It's time for ISP's to start looking after there customers, after all, we are paying your salaries. And please don't ask the number of the sim with the problem, (that is your standard answer to any problem) fix your towers!!!!!!!
