MTN HAVE NO LOYALTY TOWARDS LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!!

I've been an MTN customer for most my professional life approx. 19 years. The better part of this I used their MTN active website to draw my itemized calls and separate business and private calls. Last month my profile on MTN active was deleted by MTN. I've made several attempts to resolve this (and to re-register) All attempts were unsuccessful and they also advised that I've never had an MTN active profile - THUS CALLING ME A ****. Further to this attempts to get a settlement on my contract to move to another network who would want my business has not been fruitful. I'm appalled by the levels of service received from MTN and am not expecting much after I post this review on HelloPeter
