MTN have NO Humans to talk to

Impossible to talk to anybody at MTN in person. IVR talks of a "Service Champion " but no option to connect to a HUMAN. I have suspected ***** on a contract but can get zero support anywhere. The listed ***** line remains unanswered after holding for 25min
