mtn have no consumer care ...just sell sell sell

i have been struggling with a lte line since i sent my first email 11/04/2023 ive had no pleasure from them try i have no tech guy comes but they have have the mind set of a normal brain less person and call me up to upgrade ....lets first try fix first or is that the setup mtn has sell sell .i always pay on time so tell me why i have such poor service ...... im past trying to be nice now.
