MTN have no clue what they are doing

YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!! I upgraded on the 10th of December and I am yet to receive my phone. I have spent HOURS on the between YOU, THE EXTERNAL COMPANY YOU USE FOR UPGRADES (RewardsCO) AND THE COURIERS and ALL I'm am getting is more and more frustrated. NONE of you so called "Customer Service CHAMPIONS" are will or able to assist. You are a useless bunch of idiots. I have received better service from the POST OFFICE!!!!
