MTN HAVE DIED AND ARE PUSHING UP THE DAISIES
I was called about, and signed up for an upgrade on 1 August. On around 8 August I was phoned to be told my phone would be delivered to me the next day, but in the wrong province. I corrected their mistake and I was promised a call to rearrange delivery. Since then, I have not had one single call back from them. I have called dozens of times, left messages, been promised to be contacted within 2 hours! on several occasions. I have screamed, shouted, pleaded, written nasty comments on their pages - NOTHING WHATSOEVER. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. Almost two months now and you get totally ignored after the sale is done. SHOCKING. NO SERVICE AT ALL. ZERO. ZILCH. F***ALL.

22 Sept 2017, 13:18My dearest Alice, if you THINK, for one second, that I am going to spend ONE MORE MINUTE holding on for other businesses in pursuit of this handset, you are VERY MUCH mistaken. By now someone should have called to tell ME when the delivery will be - WHY ON EARTH SHOULD I BE RUNNING AROUND AFTER YOUR COURIER COMPANY??? I held on to speak to someone at the courier company for FORTY SIX MINUTES on Monday - go and check my records if you wish. I AM FED-UP WITH YOUR COMPANY'S INEPTITUDE. I am in the process of deciding exactly where to take my business, because I cannot believe the way I have been treated about something which I did not approach you for in the first place. Alston Singh called ME. I did not call HIM. I was not even aware of the fact that I was due for an upgrade. You people sell deals for which you do not have the handsets, that is what it seems like. Unless someone arrives here today with my phone, you are seeing the back of me. Thank you. I am pretty sure this will not be read, though, by now I have become pretty much used to being ignored by your company.
