MTN has worst service in SA

1 out of 4 people cannot phone me, at all. They seem to be blocked by MTN.

They won't respond to my mails, my calls. The people at the MTN shop can't help me.

They refuse to cancel my contract even though this has been happening for a year.

Every time I get a blanket: "We are looking into it", then no one responds.
