MTN has turned to Mafias

This is my probably my 3rd complaint about MTN, they're no different to ****mers.

I've been trying for the past 4 months to deactivate my contract that I've paid up and they are refusing asking me to pay on a monthly basis.

I'm not sure if I should open a case of harassment because what they are doing is WRONG!
