MTN has turned out to be the worst service Provider

The worst service provider right now is MTN; they charge me for minutes and data that were never assigned to my number. In fact, they are billing me twice. Despite the fact that you have a set monthly payment, they just alter it as they choose. Without help, they continue to open and close tickets.
