MTN has the WORST service when it comes to cellphone repairs.

Almost 3 weeks ago I sent my Huawei P40 cellphone which I only had for a week and a half in to MTN Hyde Park for repairs with no physical damage to it whatsoever, the display was faulty which seemed like a defect on the manufacturers side. They said it will take between 7 to 21 working days or "more" to get my phone back which I think is absolutely ridiculous considering what the condition of the phone was in and for how long I had it. I haven't gotten any feedback as to where the phone is/what's the status of the phone and when I phoned them on Monday (06 July 2020) to find out what's happening, the lady who assisted me said that it's at the repair centre and that she will phone them to find out what is going on and get back to me but till today I have not received any sms or phone call from them...

I'm disgusted in how MTN is handling this as the phone was given to them practically brand new
