MTN has the worst service and no care attitude !!!!!

On 12 March 2024 I app**** for my upgrade that MTN told me I am ellegible for at my local MTN store in Bethlehem, Freestate. We are on the 20th of March already and I am still not able to go and complete my forms for my application because the local MTN store says my application is still stuck at the vetting department and they can't complete my application. Everytime I go and do my upgrdae if feels like MTN is getting worse and worse with their service because not once have I walked into a store where I am doing an upgrade and leave with my new device for my new contract. At this moment I feel like canceling my upgrade and tell MTN to stick this upgrade and phone where the sun don't shine because I am so tired of stuggleing with this **** everytime when I have to do an upgrade or whenever you need assistance from MTN. Your guys service has really in the past few years gone for a ball of **** !!!!!
