MTN has the worst service

I placed a review on Hello Peter for Bad Service from MTNon the 8th of November. MTN sent me a coverage form to fill in on the 9th of November. I filled it in and sent it back they sent me a email that a coverage guy will call me in 10 business days. I still wait for the call in the meantime I cant use my phone at home nor at work cant receive calls, can't go on the internet ect.

I want to close my contract so that I can go to another network because I pay every month almost R400. 00 for my contract but I can't use my phone.
