Mtn has the worst online customer service

Mtn's customer service is pathetic honestly. I have being trying to get assistance with my contract upgrade from the beginning of September and the service I got was just terrible. I have been with mtn for the longest of times and had so many problems, the sad thing is even though I pay my contract and bring my part mtn doesn't meet me half way. Howw can you wait for over an hour to get someone to answer your call and they still didn't? The last time I called, on quite a few occasions agents that were working from home would either drop the call in my ear or attend to personal business while on a call without even saying "excuse me" . Mtn has treated me like they doing me a favour for a while now and I am exhausted of this treatment now
