MTN has the worst customer service ever.

MTN continues to charge me even when my contract period has ended. I have made several attemps to contact their call center to cancel my contract and every time they take me from one consultant to another until the call gets cut. As I could not afford to continue with these payments anymore , I stopped the debit order and MTN terminated my phone services, however they continue to charge me for service that I don't have access to. MTN is a ***** and has the worst customer service ever.
