MTN has the worst customer service ever!!!!!

MTN customer service is really pathetic. MTN is very good at debiting more than they should but its very hard to get your credit back. My business contract was upgraded I called in to say that I did not upgrade and wanted to find out what's going on. I spoke to 6 people after dialing 135, almost an hour on a call and get to the last person who tells me her system is offline she cant help. The excuse is that they working from home and there is no network. Half the world is working from home that is no excuse. There is no direct line to the person you spoke to so you got to go through *********** people transferring you to all the wrong departments. I am at the point of changing my service provider and just cancelling this contract.
