MTN HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the first time I have taken out a contract with MTN and it will be the last! They have the most pathetic customer service! I requested for a refund on my account because I had made an eft payment, however my account was debited for my monthly instalment. The refund was requested on the 1st of December, I spoke to I’ve 20 agent and was given several reference numbers, I even sent the proof of payment and the agents failed to attach it onto the refund request, every time I call in to follow up, the customer care agents either drop the call on me or they are confused and provide me with incorrect information! If I could rate MTN a ZERO I would do it! I can’t believe it is taking this long to get back money that is owed to ME!
