MTN HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My new contract phone was delivered on Friday last week from DSV. I supp**** all my documents asked to activate my MTN SIM. Till now has still not been activated. I have emailed and phoned but still nothing has happened. They say it's fixed yet when I try using my phone to call, it just says the SIM has been rica barred. Worst customer service ever!!! They are unbelievably rude and not very helpful. It is Tuesday and still no response from anyone
