MTN has the worst Customer Service

I am so disappointed in you because this was not the only thing we spoke about, how are you doing your work!!! How is this customer service!!!! I asked you for the recording where the agent informed me that I would have to take out a contract if I need the prop details at the end of the contract, why are you not mentioning it in your email??????

To me it seems like MTN does not care about providing a proper customer service if they did you would have been honest and added in this email that I asked about the recording, and the agent would have told me what would happen with the promo data when the contract expires.

MTN does not seem to care.
