MTN has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took out a month-to-month contract with MTN, firstly I received an invoice with an incorrect amount until I called and that was clarified. Secondly, I requested a downgrade shoooo I must say the service I’ve received thus this far is appalling, no one can assist, my calls are transferred, I’m being put on hold unnecessarily. Agents don’t know their products and transfer process. The complaints email address has since requested my details and no response.

It’s only now that I remembered why I canceled my contract years ago.

Not sure if I will get assistance.
