MTN has the worse service, I don't why I keep trying to become theor client

I have app**** for a contract with MTN via Mondo late November and the contract was approved and deliver was arranged and I was told the device would arrive by 6th December, i waited the whole day until i devided to contact DSV and to my suprise I am told MTN instructed them to return the device, I reapp**** again beginning of this week and you know what I am expecting the delivery today and gués what? I am the one who calls DSV again today and I am told my device was returned as instucted by MTN. Is there annu communication from MTN?none whatsoever I am just kept waiting like a fool for a delivery that is not coming
