MTN has the worse service,

On 30 May 2017 I paid a whopping R136 for a contract SIM swap. Till today, Friday 05 May 2017 the SIM swap has not been done, though I was promised that it will effective within 24hrs from the time I was at the MTN shop. After two days (On 02 May), I emailed customer care, who didn’t assist at all except referring me back to the Irene Mall MTN shop where I did my SIM swap. I've been calling the shop countless times for them to sort out a simple SIM swap so that I can continue with my life as I use the line for business and for banking transactions. Its a story after story every time I engage the MTN people, at some point MTN told me that the new SIM card they gave me is faulty so they will organise me another SIM card and prepare it for me, that is also taking days to do. We really need to stop supporting these businesses who dont care about the service they render to their clients. This is my last contract with MTN after a 17yr long contract relationship with them. Its time to let go of poor service providers now.
