MTN has terrible customer service and service delivery

MTN’s customer service is absolutely terrible. I reported an issue with my home WiFi over a month ago, and I’m still being told that "the ticket is open" with no resolution in sight. There is no proper follow-up or escalation process—it seems like nobody cares. Truly disappointing experience. I strongly advise people to stay away from their home WiFi service!
