MTN has taken it to the next level

What? A good review for a cellular network? YES! I did my contract upgrade on the phone and it went like clockwork. I was given very detailed specs and suggestions, the package compiled for me was exactly what I had looked at without me even having to say it. I was not available to take delivery of the phone for 2 weeks but without a prompt or follow up, it was delivered as promised. There was a network settings adjustment that needed to happen. This was also dealt with easily and very patiently. Now I've done another upgrade online and it's a breeze to deal with the MTN call centre and sub-contractors.
