Mtn has supp**** me with a faulty device

On 14/05/2016 I renewed my contract and received a Samsung S6. Since the then the phone was in for repairs four times. The 1st time the phone became faulty was within the time period i qualified for a new device. My claim was however rejected because of a small scratch and the original purchace ducumentation was not present and the phone was repaired. Till this day i am looking for the scratch and all the documentation was handed in with the repair.

The phone has been handed in again 30/05/2017 with the same symtoms as the previous 3 times. The phone just completley dies. I have been contacted by the call centre and one of the faulty items is the battery which must be replaced at an cost of R850 becuase the battery is now out of warrenty.

I do take offense that MTN is charging me for this repair as the phone has been in their posession for 50% of the time since i had it. As i am not convinced that the repairs will last i will not pay for any repairs.

MTN The Glen is not interested in my complaints and the staff id not letting me speak to the store manager / owner.
