MTN Has such BAD Services
MTN is the worst cell provide I even had the pleasure dealing with. They are so unhelpful and have a do not care attitude. Really unbelievable service that we actually have to pay for. I pay MTN for BAD service. The account department clearly don't do what is required of them and send out a statement I have to ask so many times. I pay my account and my line gets suspended???? We should have the call-box systems implemented so that we don't have to have this headache. So bad I will never ever recommend anyone to take a contract with MTN. Rather have a contract with Vodacom or Cell-C. I have made the biggest mistake and wont want anyone else to suffer the way I am currently.
