MTN has ****** money from me

MTN has ****** money from me. I moved to pay as you go and gave my month's notice. MTN debited the amount this month-end regardless.I have been to three branches where no one can help. I went to the head office in Roodepoort which is close. No one can help me. MTN has ****** money from me! This is discussing service and the fact no one can help me is even more infuriating.
