MTN has ****** 8 months of our lives

If I could give zero stars, I would.

MTN is very quick to stop your account, hand you over to debt collectors and give away your number when you lose your job and are not able to pay, but when you pay in full, they will not clear your name.

We have been struggling for 8 months, WITH a paid up letter from the debt collector to get a response from MTN. They keep saying we still owe the debt collector and the debt collector keeps sending us the paid up letter. In the meantime, we cannnot get our name cleared. We have repetedly asked MTN what is still outstanding, repeatedly sent them the paid up letter and they repeatedly tell us that we need to clear the debt with the collection agency. WITH A PAID UP LETTER!

It's like NO ONE at MTN knows what is going on. Customer service MY ****!
