MTN has still not found my phone

So on the 21st of December I posted about MTN that lost my phone...and here we are today. Once again I have phoned, given my IMEI number and they have no idea where my phone is. It is not even on the system. It has now been a month. They make sure my debit orders go off, but I'm paying for a very expensive phone I do not have. My mother's Huawei Mate 9 was supposed to be replaced over a month and a half ago, that has also not happened.

I phone and keep on receiving empty promises. I am so disappointed and frustrated.
