MTN has sticky fingers

A ********** account was opened in my name at MTN so for the last couple of months they have been deducting large sums of money from my account. I called them and made them aware and since then I have been getting the run around.Eventually the account was closed,but now I’m struggling to get my money back. I don’t have an account with these people and still they managed to ***** from me,but when they have to pay back my money its a problem
