MTN has shockingly poor service

<p>Over 2 weeks have passed by and my issue with my prepaid sim card has still not been resolved. I was made empty promises by MTN which have not come to fruition. They annoyingly ignore emails and getting a hold of them is another story. Very poor choice on my part for using them in the first place. </p>
