MTN HAS RUINED MY CREDIT RECORD

I am terribly disappointed with MTN. I am now listed with the ITC because of the negligence from the MTN stuff. I went to MTN Stanger to apply for a WIFI device in December, I filled in an application form with them and was submitted. I got no response. In January MTN deducted the last bit of money I had in my account(of a bigger amount than the device I app**** for). I quickly went to the outlet and they told me they MISTAKENLY PUT MY NAME AND ACCOUNT IN SOMEONE ELSES, of which means I just paid MY MONEY FOR SOMEONE ELSE. I asked them what will happen to my money because I want it back, they told me they will contact the person who the device belongs to initially to pay it back and said they will rectify it. In February same thing occurred. I AGAIN went to MTN and they said they forgot and will sort it out now. The following month the deductions stopped. In MAY I received a call from NORTON LAMBRIANOS ATTORNEYS saying I own MTN Money. I explained to the attorneys that I had no contract with MTN and I was requested to send my affidavit stating I do not have a contract with MTN, Proof of residence and I.D Copy. I awaited response and was told they are waiting response from MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT. Last week I app**** for a vehicle finance and it fail GUESS WHY???? MTN has Listed me!!! So I got hold of the Attorneys and the attorneys said they are STILL waiting for response from MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT. So I went to STANGER MTN OUTLET to find out why am I listed they got the nerve to say they do not know. and email was sent this week to the attorneys from MTN stanger stating I had no device given to me or a contract, that mail got forwarded to MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT and MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT responded saying THEY TOO ARE WAITING RESPONSE FROM MTN ***** DEPARTMENT. So now I am sitting here waiting for the attorneys to wait for MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT who are waiting for MTN ***** DEPARTMENT till God knows when for them to clear my name from they list! NOW my life is on a stand still, I cannot do anything, I cannot get a vehicle finance that I am looking for, I cannot get anything financed. As a result, the company I am working for has given me a car allowance but I cannot get the car because of the stupidity and negligence from the MTN outlet in STANGER and the waiting period from MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT and MTN ***** DEPARTMENT. It is so painful, hurting to be listed, knowing very well that you have kept your record clean for soooo many years only to get MTN to ruin that for you. I AM OUT OF WORDS
