Mtn has poor customer service

Mtn is pathetic really.... I signed up for a contract but canceled it dus to the fact that I was misled and told that it was unlimited and not capped... I canceled it in time and on numerous occasions I asked to cancel... Now they sending me requests for payments.... Why are they not canceling this contract. Can someone please assist with this matter urgently.
