MTN has poor back office system.

Simple administrative issue cannot be carried out by MTN, since November 2021, I have been trying to get a contract name changed at Cape Gate branch, the branch has done all in its power to make the changes, MTN system does not make the requested changes, there 135 number refers me back to the branch. Sadly MTN customer service is not there at moment.
