MTN has pathetic customer service

Have tried previously to change contract to my own name from my parents name. This was at cradlestone. They said I have a bad credit record to which I contacted the company that said I have a "bad credit record" and they said they don't understand as I have an outstanding credit record. We are trying now at Dischem clearwater and it is said I will get notice if it has been approved or not, I am now here and nothing has been done yet.. Abosutely shocking service. Only good thing about mtn is their cellular service.

Aftermarket is absolutely PATHETIC!! Will happily be canceling my contract. As they now charge an upgrade fee as well. So I literally have absolutely no reason to stay with MTN
