MTN has one of the worst customer service

I'm not happy with MTN Momo customer service. I recently tried to deposit money into my Momo account and the transaction failed. However, money was still withdrawn from my bank account. Contacted them 3 days ago saying they will correct it within 24 hrs it's already been 3 days without communication and my money hasn't been returned or deposited into my account.
