MTN has nor regard for a persons ITC

On the 26/01/2016 a request was sent to MTN direct for 2 x Iphone 5's on contract.<br> All the necessary documentation was sent and the sales lady at MTN advised me not to worry all is in order.<br> Those were the famous last words from MTN.<br> The same day the request forms was completed and sent to MTN, a MTN sales lady phoned to check and confirm the security questions as per ITC.<br> She asked me if I was previously employed at a motor company on which I answered NO, I have never been employed in the motor industry.<br> She got quite annoyed with my answer as I was supposed to answer YES, which I am wondering is MTN urging clients to give false information on their ITC security questions?<br> <br> After the phone call I promptly got declined. I queried as to why and was advised by MTN to check with ITC as my record is not in order.<br> ITC advised me everything is in order, BUT the amount of checks done on my ITC is quite high which led to the declined contracts as each check counts against your record/profile.<br> MTN did 12 ITC checks for 3 contracts in less than a year, 5 of which was in one week for the new contracts requested.
